Delete your Tank AI account

You can delete your account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Tank AI and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Option 2: Request by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from any address. Include your Player ID (shown in Settings) or your display name and the Google or Apple account you signed in with, so we can find your account. We may ask you to confirm the request.

Request deletion by email

We complete email requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What we delete

  • Your account and sign-in links (guest, Google, Apple).
  • Your profile: display name and country.
  • Your progress, levels, tanks and best times.
  • Your battle history and replays, and your entry in the World ranking.

What we may keep, and for how long

  • Database backups roll over within 30 days.
  • Server and security logs (for example IP addresses) are kept for up to 90 days.
  • Records of cheating enforcement and of your deletion request, as needed to protect the game and meet legal obligations.
  • Crash reports and app analytics are not linked to your account and expire under Google Firebase retention settings.
